The ROCK AND BLUES workshops are designed to give students the opportunity to play in a band. All workshops are professionally coached by an Academy instructor. Material may range from oldies to blues, alternative to Top 40, depending on the ability and preference of the players. Each workshop is 80 minutes per session for 12 sessions. Joining a band is a commitment. Players must be able to commit to the entire 12-session schedule upon enrolling.

This class is designed for students with a minimum of 1 year experience playing their instrument.

Full workshop will include up to:

• 2 singers
• 2-3 guitar or keyboard players (mixed)
• 1 bass player
• 1 drummer
• Optional horn and/or harmonica players
