Piano Basics is a 12 Session Course (Class Size - 9 Students Maximum) Full Pay Option: $240 ............ This piano class is a playing-based approach to learning the keyboard. It is designed for students to get an introduction to and a fundamental understanding of piano while learning basic shapes and patterns. The proprietary curriculum was developed in-house by our experienced piano instructors, and has been honed over the course of the last 15 years that the class has been running. It was designed specifically with beginners in mind to not only provide an amazing introduction, but make students fall in love with piano and music.

What to expect:

Learn letter names of the keys
Learn finger numbers
Understanding the time signature
C major scale
Counting whole, half, and quarter notes
Simple Fun Songs

The course is great to way to determine the interest level of the student and prepare for private instruction. Curriculum is provided by the academy.
