Piano Basics

This class is designed for Murrieta CA, Temecula, Menifee, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, and surrounding areas' students to get a fundamental understanding of piano. (If you can't find a class to fit your schedule, see private instruction. There is also a Music/Drama combo class for younger students.) The students will learn the names of the keys on the keyboard. The class will introduce standard notation on both the treble and bass clef as well as basic rhythm and note values and beginning songs. The course lays a sound foundation for a beginning piano student and is a great way to determine the interest level of the child and prepare for private instruction.
