Drum Basics

This class is designed for Murrieta California, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar and surrounding areas' students to get a fundamental understanding of the snare and rudiments of full kit playing. (If you can't find a class that fits your schedule, see private instruction.) Reading rhythmic notation, basic sticking patterns, beginning drum kit patterns, correct posture, correct stick grips, and beginning songs are introduced. The student will need a drum practice pad or drum kit at home to practice. The course is a great way to determine the interest level of the child and prepare for private instruction.
